The program also promotes the premiere use of public sources for infrastructure development with the aid of assuring fund allocation for well-evolved tasks for three years, accordingly allowing the government to deal with gaps in the infrastructure area, together with pending projects from preceding years.

Some of those pending projects are four,710 kilometers of national roads that need to be paved, 366,014 units of socialized housing up for production, and 1.2 million hectares for irrigation, in step with the NEDA.
